This corner block on Raymond Island provides magnificent views of Lake Victoria, and across to Paynesville in the West. We were given a brief outlining a three bedroom house with a double garage. With the purpose of designing a comfortable home for two people, the major living has been positioned upstairs, and flows around a central kitchen. Additional light is drawn in to the kitchen by the raised ceiling and hi-lite windows. The master bedroom also enjoys it’s share of the spectacular view, and outdoor entertaining is catered for with the covered decking to the west.
