Graeme, ably assisted by his team, is a brilliant designer. He captured the essence of what we were looking for in our new beachside home, exciting yet very practical. The quality of building is second to none – Graeme and his team have fastidious attention to detail. Budgetary control was excellent – overs were minimal. Graeme made the whole process of choosing from the myriad options for plumbing fittings, lighting options, wall and cupboard finishes, flooring and so on very easy by providing suggested samples for us and also visits to other clients homes under construction. Indeed Graeme attended to every square inch of the block with suggestions, always sensible, about pool shape and construction, even landscaping.

I think the highlight of my experience was Graeme’s uncanny ability to tweak the design on the fly when you change your mind or you identify an unexpected improvement thus capturing the maximum potential of what could be. I have two very good friends who are both builders themselves and there comments upon visiting our new home on the high quality of the workmanship has given me a real sense of value for money. its now been over two years of living in the house and we have had only one minor issue since handover which Graeme’s team was right onto and had resolved in no time at all.
