Oxley Court, Somers (2002)

A light, open-plan house that is both stylish and comfortable has been achieved using natural and composite timbers on the exterior that blend beautifully with the treed block. Rooms flow from one living zone to another, taking full advantage of the sea views, as well as bringing the colour of the gum trees to the inside. The interior makes the most of advanced technology and engineering without sacrificing style, flexibility or user friendliness. Enhanced by polished timber, lots of glass and generous decking, the design embraces the bush surrounds.
